DEIB Advisory Services:
Provide strategic advice, counsel, and expert advisory services to leaders, corporations, small businesses, government departments and agencies, storytellers, creative artists, and non-profit organizations on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) matters.

DEIB Strategy and Systems Building:

  • Build and launch a global DEIB strategy through: robust consultations, intercultural communications/engagement, forming global working groups, and developing annual work plans to ensure the strategy is globally relevant and locally responsive.
  • Analyze existing and build net-new inclusive Talent/HR and business systems at all points of the employee and external stakeholder life cycles through bespoke design methodologies and in partnership with Talent/HR leaders/stakeholders.

DEIB Research and Data:
Create and scale a DEIB data collection and reporting strategy, including writing annual public reports on DEIB data and programming.

DEIB Learning Offerings and Workshops:
Design and deliver DEIB training programs in a range of areas including: accessibility and accommodations, anti-bias, empathy and allyship, anti-discrimination, inclusive content/inclusive storytelling, and leveraging the power of storytelling to advance DEIB work.

DEIB Process Audits:
Undertake and execute DEIB process audits to: identify, extract and mitigate bias; identify disproportionate impacts of policies on underrepresented groups; and foster more DEIB through systems reform.

Inclusive Community Building:
Create an internal and external community-building strategy to foster belonging, and to support the creation and growth of employee resource groups.

Inclusive Content and Inclusive Storytelling:
Provide expert advisory services and design leadership to brand, content, communications, PR, social, studios and storytelling teams on inclusive content, DEIB crisis communications, audience engagement, and inclusive storytelling. Services in this space include the development of: inclusive content guidelines; DEIB considerations for crisis communications; best practices for the content development and production phases; and systems, frameworks, and processes for inclusive storytelling.

Speaker and Facilitator:
